Name: What name you go by on DWRP.
Anonymous: Say yes or no if you wish to stay anonymous in the game; you will be given another name to go by if such.
Contact: How best to contact you. PM, plurk, email
Invite: Who were you invited by. We will be asking them.
Character Information
Character Name: Western Style
Canon: Where do they come from. Is it an OC or AU? (note, please elaborate on the version if necessary)
Age: No one younger than 16. We will allow a one year age up from 15 to 16 if necessary.
History: Just a wikipedia page will do. If you have to write it up, keep it short and simple. It can be the series wikipedia page if that's all you have.
For OCs, a simple backstory and world is required (so we can understand the character), and for AUs, a wikipedia link plus some backstory on the AU is required.
Sample: Either link to a thread, or write a sample of about 200 words.
Additional Information
